WinnipegTheft will try to improve this website in the immediate future. We have had problems lately with our web host provider, issues with our antenna, and our scanner has been working intermittently at times. The scanner has been running 24 h for the last 4 years, and it requires some maintenance. These are all issues that have to be addressed, but it costs money to keep this website moving forward.
