Here you will find Police, Fire and Paramedic codes.  Please leave a comment below if any of these are incorrect or post any codes you would like to see placed here.

Example of how to use the codes:

When you hear a unit, the first number of their unit is the district they are in. Example 301 = District 3 – car #01

Delta = Daytime

Echo = Evening
November = Nighttime
Bravo = Beat Patrol

If you hear DELTA 301? That's Daytime-District-3-car-#01

  17. drtalk says:

    What is “Trauma 99″?

  18. jayklaw says:

    Trauma 99 is a death caused by trauma who may or may not be workable depending on his/her injuries.

  19. jayklaw says:

    winnipeg Fire Department does not use “10″ codes any longer. They have gone away from them and are just using plain language. A 10-34 used to be classified as a working fire, and is now either just a working fire or well involved fire, defensive fire etc. You still may hear the senior guys using the 10 codes from time to time.

  20. becky says:

    what the hell. Whtas the use of the scanner now? wow a house is on fire! Whats new! Someone got stapped ok did the cops catch the person? are they chasing them whats going on? They should bring back the police thats what makes this scanner so interesting!!!

  21. becky says:

    without the police on the scanner this scanner is now boring to listen to
