Killer has long history of parole violations

A convicted killer who spent more than three months on the loose after he failed to return to his halfway house has a long history of violating his parole.

George Clement Delorme, 50, is serving a life sentence for second-degree murder and other offences and has spent his entire adult life in the correctional system.
