Police make special delivery

Winnipeg police made a special delivery to the Winnipeg Remand Centre on Tuesday — a man accused of stealing 68 newspaper drop boxes.

Police allege a male stole the boxes to steal the coins inside. It wasn’t a profitable crime, said police spokesman Const. Jason Michalyshen.
