A 22-year-old Winnipeg man who sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl attending his mother’s home day care will have to wait a few more weeks to learn if he will be going to jail or be allowed to serve his sentence under house arrest.

This person should be put under the jail not in it also should’nt be allowed to serve is time at home.
you got that right!!!! i know this PIG!!! he deserves nothing more than a cement room!! rot in hell M.L….(not sure if i can post his name… let me know)
Not sure if you can but i bet alot of people would like to know his name.I dont understand what the problem is with him going to jail if i was the judge he would of been jail from the first dayHe sure would’nt be doing his time at home in the comfort of his house.I’am sure the other inmate would know what to do with him.The other problem i have a jails are like a hotel any how they are much to soft. They need to be alot tuffer.
I say toss him into a circle and let those who have been sexually abused toss rocks and bricks at him till they think justice has been served…..
I Dont see why the system doesn’t treat these “Men” if you can call them that, more like the creeps that they are. This “Mans” name is Matthew & what he did to that little girl is disgusting!! He impacted her life in the most horrible way any child should never have to go through, and he’s more than likely going to do NO time!!!! What’s going on these days? Why is he given a second chance to not do it again, and hopefully better himself, when this little child was given no choice as to what was going to happen to her? Once a creep, always a creep, escpecially when you’re attracted to little kids! Too creepy to try to go after girls his own age, so he turns to ones that can’t say no! Sicko!
Some sad facts let these people get away with harming innocent children.
The abusers claim they were abused as children themselves.( Judges tend to be more lenient upon hearing this.
Regardless of whether they get any type of councelling(many refuse or just dont go) most are released at the end of their sentence anyway.
Fact! Approximatly 18% of those convicted are likely to re-offend after being released.
These people dont want to go back in and I fear may take the extremest measures when they give in to their sick fantasy.
I can imagine how frustrating this is for the the families and the police. Not to mention the impact this has on victims who are guaranteed to suffer for years to come.
I want to lobby for stronger sentencing and need a place to start seeing as the judicial system tends to lean more towards political gain than support of “the people” its supposed to protect.
The boys in blue have their hands tied and are overwhelmed. They cant be everywhere when the judicial system keeps allowing these people back into society.
I want to act on this, not react.
Are you in ?
