An Island Lake teen has been sentenced to 18 months in jail after a 13-year-old boy was nearly beaten to death during a brutal gang initiation and then thrown into a garbage dumpster.

So,someone wants to join your gang and you beat them to within an inch of their life & then throw them into a dumpster?The kid lived so does that mean he’s a GaNg5tA now even though he’s probably more brain damaged than before?Honestly,I think I flush stuff down the toilet that is more intelligent than the average indian.
