Faces two counts of first degree murder
Winnipeg police have arrested a man for the murders of Joel Labossiere and his pregnant wife Magdalena.

    If this is the same Kelly Clarke I’m thinking of it isn’t surprising.The guy is a piece of work.Someone with the same name was charged in the fall with threatening a crown attorney…..is this the nut job who owned a bengal tiger?

    It only figures that a family member was somehow involved in this gruesome crime. Sh-t happens to nice people when someone wants what they own and IO aint surprised its somehow involves or comes back to a family member….
