Car thief removes bracelet, vanishes

One of the city’s worst repeat car thieves has disappeared after he removed an ankle bracelet intended to keep tabs on him while he serves part of a sentence in the community.

    Hey Mom pass the scissors and the wire snips I have to go out, to steal some cars and cause some trouble…. Would have been easier and cheaper just to chain them to a pole… Like this program is going to work… Not even 3 weeks old and already one of them has gotten loose… I bet ya he’s already contacted his buddies to tell them how to bust out of the darn thing…

    I just hope I never catch one of them stealing my truck….or ther will be a missing person’s report issued for someone :S
