		<description>Well I guess it&#039;s time to spread the &quot;North End Crime&quot; around to the rest of the city.  Or perhaps criminals are just getting smarter and know that we north enders don&#039;t buy 40 inch LCD tv&#039;s unless we want it stolen.  Join the club.   Nothing is safe here in Winnipeg. Time for tougher penalties before they (the criminals) get all the control.  Maybe if it starts happening in other parts of the city (where people actually have money) something might get done about it?</description>
