Any stupid woman who can’t afford a baby, doesn’t want a baby, isn’t capable of caring for a baby because she’s too ignorant and high should be offered a free tubal ligation plus a one time cash payment of $500. This would reduce the number of unwanted, unloved, malnourished malcontents on the streets that are making life just that much more miserable for the rest of us. There will be a reduction in crime, an increase in base academic scores, and a greater number of resources will be available for those that have a mother that cares.
